Chris was born and brought-up in Consett, County Durham and as such, has The Labour Party in his blood.  He has been a Labour Member and avid Campaigner since 1982…through awful defeats and glorious victories.  He has lived in Hazlemere for the last 15 years and prior to becoming Chair of Chesham & Amersham CLP, he was Secretary of Wycombe CLP.  In addition to his role as Chair of Chesham & Amersham CLP, he is also Campaign Coordinator for Emma Reynolds’ campaign to be elected as the first Labour MP for Wycombe since 1950.
